The six articles of faith are the articles that form the foundation of Islamic belief system.

The six articles of faith are the articles that form the foundation of Islamic belief system and are of of parallel importance and in accordance with the Shahadah.
The Shahadah itself (a testimony or declaration of faith) when recited by a person of sincerity, sound capacity and without any mental reservations, constitutes the first major requirement for being a Muslim. The Shahahah is the first of the five pillars of Islam and is the primary article of faith.

The Six Articles Of Faith

01. Belief in One God i.e. Tawhid.

There is only one god to be served and worshipped.

02. Belief in Angels i.e. Malaikah.

God created angels who work at all times, some record our words and deeds.

03. Belief in Prophets of God i.e. Nubuwwah.

The prophets include Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad, peace be upon them.

04. Belief in Revealed Books of God i.e. Kutub.

The Quran is the final revelation of God revealed to Prophet Muhammad.

05. Belief in Day of Judgment i.e. Akhirah.

The life of this world and all that is in it will come to an end on an appointed day. At that time, every person will be raised from the dead. God will judge each person individually, according to thier faith and their good and bad actions.

06. Belief in Destiny and Divine Decree i.e. Al-Qadr.

God is the Sustainer of all life and nothing happens except by His will nor without His full knowledge.
